Programming contest: You should come! |

The ACM bi-annual programming contest is back! Come compete against fellow Columbia students for some awesome prizes! Free lunch for all! Register now! The event will be 4.5 hours including lunch, from 11:30 to 4:00 in the CLIC lab on April 19th (Sunday). Registration is open to all Columbia undergraduate and graduate students, but limited to ~40. Schedule: 11:30a--12:15p: Practice contest. 12:15p--12:45p: Free lunch. 12:45p--3:45p: *** Contest *** 3:45p--4:00p: Awards and solutions. There will be 5 questions, of varying difficulty. Topics range across all fields of computer science. Participants will be graded on timeliness and correctness of responses. Prizes: Free products from Microsoft! |

Saturday, April 11th 7pm - 9pm Satow Room, Lerner Hall Want to win hundreds of dollars of prizes....including Amazon gift certificates and computer gear!. Want to test your knowledge of anything and everything against your fellow Columbia students including questions in pop culture, technology, brain teasers, and anything else we can trick you with! Groups of four people compete, come as a group or make one on the spot. Pizza will be provided. Prizes sponsored by T-Mobile and food sponsored by Google.
